Instructor - adult education (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Ashton Health Partners and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
