Ironwood North Learning Group Partners is an education provider in Nashville serving students and families. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about school calendars. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
