Instructor - adult education (Nashville, TN)

Silverline Linden Health runs clinics and patient services around Nashville, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a large organisation of about 711 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in insurance authorisations.
