Instructor - adult education (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ridge Staffing and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
