Instructor - adult education (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Maple Staffing and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a large organisation of about 719 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
