Instructor - adult education (Minneapolis, MN)

Ironwood Cross Health Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in electronic records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
