Instructor - adult education (Minneapolis, MN)

Bright Rowan Health is a healthcare provider in Minneapolis with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a large organisation of about 505 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
