Instructor - adult education (Minneapolis, MN)

Bright Glen Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Minneapolis, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in caregiver training. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
