Instructor - adult education (Milwaukee, WI)

Summit Meridian Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 816 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
