Instructor - adult education (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Yarrow Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about insurance authorisations. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
