Instructor - adult education (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood West Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Milwaukee, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
