Instructor - adult education (Miami, FL)

Greenridge Lantern Learning Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
