Ironwood Lantern Medical is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in complaint handling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
