Instructor - adult education (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Iron Early Learning and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
