Instructor - adult education (Miami, FL)

Silverline Forge Care Services supports families and individuals in Miami with personal care and coordination, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Miami. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
