Instructor - adult education (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Medical is a Miami company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
