Instructor - adult education (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Summit Mill Care Services Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in caregiver training. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
