Instructor - adult education (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Drift Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Madison. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in referrals. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
