Instructor - adult education (Madison, WI)

Summit Clear Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Madison, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
