Highbridge Willow Learning Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about attendance records. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in attendance records. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
