Instructor - adult education (Louisville, KY)

Redstone Loom Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Louisville region, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in timekeeping. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
