Instructor - adult education (Louisville, KY)

Foxglove Bright Staffing is a Louisville staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in candidate screening. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
