Silverline Thistle Medical designs and makes medical devices in Louisville. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in complaint handling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
