Instructor - adult education (Little Rock, AR)

Nova Pine Auto Group is a Little Rock company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a large organisation of about 640 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in customer estimates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
