Instructor - adult education (Little Rock, AR)

Bluepeak Ivory Inspection Services Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 59 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about field inspections. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
