Instructor - adult education (Las Vegas, NV)

Ironwood Lantern Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Las Vegas. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
