Cedar Ridge Learning Group is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
