Instructor - adult education (Las Vegas, NV)

Bright Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Las Vegas. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in visit scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
