Instructor - adult education (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Ridge Learning Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. Families are partners. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about learning materials. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
