Instructor - adult education (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ridge Auto Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about customer estimates. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in customer estimates. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
