Instructor - adult education (Knoxville, TN)

Redstone Union Health Group is a healthcare provider in Knoxville with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
