Instructor - adult education (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Nova Ember Staffing and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in timekeeping. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
