Instructor - adult education (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Haven Early Learning and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in classroom supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate.
