Instructor - adult education (Knoxville, TN)

Stonegate Ivory Care Services is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about care plans. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in care plans.
