Instructor - adult education (Kansas City, MO)

Clearpath River Staffing is a Kansas City staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about candidate screening. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
