Instructor - adult education (Jacksonville, FL)

Northwind Ridge Learning Group is an education provider in Jacksonville serving students and families, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in family communication. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
