Instructor - adult education (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ashton Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about patient education. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in patient education. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
