Instructor - adult education (Jacksonville, FL)

Bluepeak Iron Medical is looking for an Instructor. The job centres on adult education for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
