Instructor - adult education (Jacksonville, FL)

Summit Willow Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Jacksonville region. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
