Instructor - adult education (Jacksonville, FL)

Northwind Basin Care Services provides in-home and community support in Jacksonville, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a large organisation of about 309 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
