Instructor - adult education (Jackson, MS)

Lumen Thistle Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Jackson, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
