Instructor - adult education (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Summit Union Health Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about electronic records. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in electronic records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
