Instructor - adult education (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Nova Logistics and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Houston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
