Instructor - adult education (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Mill Health and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in referrals. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
