Instructor - adult education (Honolulu, HI)

Lumen Fern Care Services Partners is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Honolulu. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
