Instructor - adult education (Hartford, CT)

Fernwood Haven Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Hartford, and we need an Instructor to lead our adult education. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
