Instructor - adult education (Hartford, CT)

Bluepeak Wilder Medical designs and makes medical devices in Hartford. We are hiring an Instructor to take on adult education. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
