Instructor - adult education (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Stone Care Services Group and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a large organisation of about 335 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in caregiver training. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
