Instructor - adult education (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Northwind Medical and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about complaint handling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in complaint handling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
