Instructor - adult education (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Hollow Care Services and adding an Instructor whose main responsibility will be adult education. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
